I purchased my Panasonic model KX-TG6022B cordless phone to replace a disastrously bad Vtech model ip5825. Overall, I have been satisfied with the Panasonic so far, but there are some features I miss and some others not well-implemented. Many features are well below current industry standards.

These things work great; plus there are three. That way you can surround yourself with them. You know, make a pillow fort in your living room and put one phone at each of the entrances and just wait for the phone to ring. And as soon as it does, you can rush out of the fort, grab the phone and rush back in to take your calls. How excellent! They have great reception, and they announce (assuming you have caller-id) who is calling. The she-male voice has a bit of trouble with pronunciation, kind of like your teachers on the first day, except Panasonic-she-man doesn’t get any better with time, He/She always sounds the same, kind of like a feminine Microsoft Sam.

These phones are great. I have had them for over a year and have not had a problem with them at all. The recption is wonderful. I love the talking caller id and the ability to desiginate special rings for phone numbeers.

I purchased this product last month and have been very happpy with its performance so far. The handsets have a good clear sound to them and the ability to operate the answering machine and call log functions remotely, which is nice. The quality of the recorded messages is clear and the pre-recorded answer message is good, fast and neutral in tone. I have liked it enough to have not recorded my own answer message.
